Refund & Return Policy

30-Night Settle-In Promise

Let your dog sleep in their Nuzzl bed for up to 30 nights. If they're not settling, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price. Normal use by your dog during the trial is fine.

How to start

1. Email hello@nuzzl.space with your order number and a short note on why it isn't working out.
2. We'll confirm your refund, usually within 1–2 business days.

No return needed

You don't need to ship the bed back. Return shipping from overseas often costs more than the bed itself, so we'd rather you donate it to a local shelter or keep it. There's no shipping fee either way.

Refunds

We refund the full product price to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once it has shipped, the 30-Night Settle-In Promise above applies.
