A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is free, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Q: How does the 30-Night Settle-In Promise work?
A: Let your dog try the bed for up to 30 nights. If they're not settling or resting more soundly, email hello@nuzzl.space and we'll make it right. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Q: How do I fluff up the bed after unboxing?
A: Our beds are vacuum-sealed for easy shipping. Upon opening, shake the bed thoroughly and massage the inner fill to expand the fibers. Allow 24 to 48 hours for it to reach maximum fluffiness.

Q: Is the bed machine washable?
A: Yes! The entire bed (or removable cover, depending on size) is machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
